RECIPE:
Organic Ingredients (Makes 12 muffins)
1 Cup of Almond Flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Omega-3 Eggs
2 Very Ripe Mashed Bananas
2 Tablespoons melted Coconut Oil
2-3 Teaspoons Golden Flax Seeds (optional)
2 Handfuls of Blueberries (can substitute any berries or fruit you desire)
4 teaspoons of Liquid Stevia
2 Tablespoons Goji Berries (optional)
4 Tablespoons slivered Almonds
Add all dry ingredients into one bowl, and all wet ingredients in the other and mix thoroughly. Then combine both wet and dry ingredients, mix well and add in Blueberries, Goji Berries and mix. Put mixture into paper muffin cups. Sprinkle Almonds on top of muffins.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for about 35 minutes or until there are done.
